We remove the legs from our fresh fryers and sell them to you in pairs. These are true legs–not quarters–meaning there is no extra bone at the edge of the thigh. We sell them in pairs with two making a nice portion for one person. Each pair weighs in the vicinity of one pound.
** Please note that we have about a 7 day lead time. We ship orders on Monday or Tuesday. **
