Berkshire Bone-In Pork Roast

The whole rib section of our Berkshire pork usually weighs 5-6 pounds and feeds up to 8 adults. It’s a wonderful roast for holiday gatherings or just to spoil your guests.  Berkshire pork is a heritage breed.  The marbling is dynamite as is the flavor.
