Shabu Shabu is well trimmed Ribeye sliced thin. All exterior fat must be removed and the meat needs to be semi frozen when sliced. This cut is used in a traditional Japanese dish as well as other Asian cooking. Please allow a 48 hour turn around on this prdouct – sold in 1lb increments.
