Due to demand for thighs for the American Royal – we are not taking any more thigh orders until Mid  October. Please call us if there is an emergency thigh need and we will try to work you in to the trimming schedule – 216-932-8620 – You will see that the price is $399, this reflects no thighs in the box and an added brisket point.

We are currently sold of Prairie Fresh ribs outside of orders for the American Royal until 11/9/25

if order shows backordered, it means it will ship after the Royal (November 10th)

Please note for certain parts of the country that require 2nd day air, the price is $499.
