Our pitmaster takes a USDA Prime Brisket, rubs it with our Go Big or Go BBQ Triple B Beef Rub , a rub created just for beef with a salt and pepper forward note. Next he slowly smokes it over hickory to perfection. Brisket is sold whole and chilled. We can slice if you prefer. Heating instructions included. Please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. We can ship as well!
