Chicken Breast–Boneless with skin on

Go to any grocery store and you’ll find a bone in chicken breast or a boneless skinless breast.  But you won’t find a boneless breast with the skin on.  Why?  Because they’re buying a previously processed product which lacks freshness.  At Mister Brisket, we process chicken at our store.  When we de-bone a chicken breast, you get a very fresh piece of chicken.  And we can leave the skin on which gives it infinitely more flavor when you prepare it.  We sell our boneless skin on breasts as a full breast meaning you get two halves with each purchase weighing typically 7-8 oz apiece.
