Mister Brisket’s Go Big or Go BBQ Whole Smoked Brisket

Our pitmaster takes a USDA Prime Brisket, rubs it with our Go Big or Go BBQ Triple B Beef Rub , a rub created just for beef with a salt and pepper forward note.  Next he slowly smokes it over hickory to perfection.  We prefer to present this item hot and ready to slice, but can be provided chilled as well.  Don’t stress over what to make for your company.  This brisket will always be a hit. Please  give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. We can ship whole as well!
