Wagyu Beef Strip Loin Roast

The same strip loin from which we cut our steaks, but prepared as a roast. Eats like a rib roast, only boneless with the classic tighter chew of a strip.   Tender, delicious and ideal if you want a something like a rib roast with a bit less fat.
