Turducken

Turducken is created by taking an all natural turkey and removing the breast bone.  We add our homemade zesty Italian sausage. Then we place a whole boneless all natural chicken inside. More sausage. Now we place a boneless Long Island Duck Breast in the center. Finally, we knit it into a single piece with butcher’s twine.   A Turducken feeds 10-12 and is a fun, rewarding item for your holiday table or any occasion.
