Money Muscle (Pork Collar)

Our Money Muscles are trimmed off the boneless portion of a pork butt into what is called a collar cut, this includes some fat cap and tube meat. These are well marbled fresh muscles that are only frozen if requested or to ship. They typically weigh between 4-5 lbs and are sold by the pair.   They are an ideal item for KCBS Competition BBQ.
