Pork Butt is actually from the shoulder and an ideal cut for making barbecued or pulled pork. Pork Butts are very popular for smoking and slow roasting. Our pork butts weigh in the 8-10 lb range, have the skin removed, and contain a few light blade bones. If you compete in barbecue competition, we can find you pork butts with a large “money muscle.”
