Chicken Breast Wing On (Airline Breast)

A Wing On or Airline Breast is a Boneless Chicken Breast with the skin on and the wing joint still attached.  Each whole wing on breast consists of two roughly 8 oz portions plus the wing.  A full wing on–both sides–feeds two.  This is an excellent variation of a standard chicken breast.
