Beef Marrow Bones

Beef Marrow Bones (also called pipe bones) are ideal for making beef soup or stock.  They can also be “canoe cut” by request which means splitting them the long way.  This makes the marrow more attainable if you want to roast it.  A typical marrow bone weighs around 2 lbs.
