Empire is the most flavorful brand of Turkeys in our opinion. The birds come from a heritage breed and are raised on a natural feed without hormones and antibiotics. In addition, the animals are able to roam as part of Empire’s commitment to ethical treatment of their animals. We offer fresh Empire turkeys in a variety of sizes ranging from 12-24 pounds. Mister Brisket is the originator of this method of turkey preparation. We take an all natural turkey and separate the legs and wings from the breast. Then we de-bone the breast. All you do is place each piece in your oven on a flat surface at 325 degrees and season liberally with the spices we provide. The advantage to a deconstructed turkey is that it cooks fast and is simple to serve. All you have to do is slice the breast.

This is a non-kosher Turkey that has also been raised without hormones or antibiotics in an ethical manner. It’s an excellent bird and ideal for those who wish to avoid the higher salt content in the Empire brand.
Empire Turkey Breasts – $5.99/lb
Terrific flavor and ideal for those who prefer white meat. Comes frozen in sizes typically ranging from 5-7 pounds.
Boneless All Natural Turkey Breast…5.99/lb
We remove the breast bones from a large, all natural turkey breast. Typical weight is 4-6 pounds. This preparation is ideal for those who want to roll and stuff their turkey.
We take a 12-14 pound all natural turkey, split the back and bone the breast. We add some of our homemade Italian sausage. Next, we place an all natural chicken–also boneless and butterflied–inside the turkey. We add more sausage. Finally, we place a boneless duck breast in the center. Feeds up to 15 comfortably.

In order to ensure that Mister Brisket customers get outstanding prepared foods this Thanksgiving, we have retained the services of Temple Turner, former executive chef at L’Albatros Brasserie and current head chef at Stonewater Country Club. Temple is one of the finest and most experienced chefs in the Greater Cleveland area. We are confident that with Temple’s assistance our prepared offerings will be the finest available to our deserving customers. She is pictured on left in white. In green is Kathryn Neidus, also a trained professional chef and one of the owners of Stonewater.

You select a turkey of any size. We cook, slice and place it in two separate pans. The first pan contains the breast meat. The second has the roasted thighs, drums and wings. We also supply you with a generous amount of turkey gravy. Reheating instructions included.
