Most poultry produced in this country is given growth hormones, scalded in hot water to facilitate feather removal, and then frozen before being shipped to market. These factors account for why supermarket chicken is bland and dry.
Mister Brisket’s chickens eat a diet of corn and meal. They’re dipped in cool water to aid the removal of feathers but never scalded. Moreover, our chicken comes to us fresh. These differences ensure our poultry products have more flavor than any chicken you’ve ever eaten.

CHICKEN BREASTS (brined)
Perhaps no item has brought us more recognition than our fabulous chicken breasts. Raised in a true free range fashion without growth hormones or antibiotics, the chicken from which we get our breasts are exceptional.
Another reason they’re so good—unlike commercially produced chickens which are scalded to enable the removal of feathers, Mister Brisket’s chicken breasts have their feathers plucked by hand. This means that our chicken breasts are moist and flavorful.
We take large whole breasts, weigh them with the bone in and skin on and then process them any way you like. For best pricing buy a “full bag”—our term for 25 lbs worth of breasts (weighed bone-in, skin-on ) which yields around 18 full (or 36 half breasts), depending upon sizing. All breasts are wrapped individually for freezing.
The same quality chickens from which we get our chicken breasts make for a wonderful, tender bird. Usually weighing around 3 lbs, these succulent whole chickens are perfect for either roasting or grilling. Like our chicken breasts, these wholesome birds have their feathers removed by hand as opposed to a drenching in scalding water. The result—a moister, more flavorful bird.
WING-ON CHICKEN BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS
An all natural breast (not brined) with the drummette portion of the wing still attached. This item is popular on many of Northeast Ohio’s finest restaurants but you can have it for your home.
These all natural chickens are roughly 3 ½ pounds and are sold either whole, halved or cut up. Perfect for fried chicken, paprikash or any dish where you want cut up pieces.
A true capon is a delectable eating experience for the family. Each tender bird typically weighs in the range of 7-9 pounds and feeds 4-6 adults.
We have terrific five to six pounders available for your oven or your soup pot. Specify if you want them whole or cut-up.
We take our chicken breasts, remove the bones and skin, then cut them into thin strips for your favorite stir-fry dish. Sold by the pound.
Mister Brisket takes boneless chicken breasts, cuts them up and grinds them. Our Ground Chicken is strictly white meat with no by-products. Can be made completely fat-free upon request.
Whole chicken legs consist of the thigh and drumstick attached. They’re an inexpensive and delicious item for the kids or anyone who likes dark meat.
Thighs are arguably the most flavorful portion of a chicken and a staple of southern style barbecue. For a change of pace, have them de-boned and use them in stir-fry.
We carry large, fresh whole wings from the same company in Buffalo that supplies the world famous Anchor Bar. They’re amazing in the deep fryer.

We purvey Empire brand turkey breasts as they are absolutely fabulous. Typically weighing six to seven pounds, our turkey breasts make an inexpensive, lean tasty roast. Can be made boneless at your request.
Empire kosher turkeys are fabulous, all natural, non-self basting birds that will shock you with their tremendous flavor and ease of preparation. They are sold frozen in sizes ranging from 12 to 30 pounds.
WHOLE TURKEYS—CLEANED, SEASONED AND TIED
We take our Empire Turkeys, remove the pin feathers and season and tie them so they’re ready to roast.
Just as with our chicken, we grind turkey breast meat only and grind it finely twice. Sold by the pound.
This product is a Mister Brisket original and one of our enduring favorites. We make them from finely ground turkey breast at our store. Just like our beef burgers, they’re sold frozen in packages of twelve with each patty weighing 1/3 pound. If you can’t imagine liking a Turkey Burgers, this one will change your mind.
We take boneless, skinless breasts, cut them into chunks and place them on wooden skewers. We’ll marinate them for a small additional charge.
Our whole ducklings weigh 5-6 pounds and are sensational.
