We take one of our fabulous briskets, roast it to perfection, then remove all excess fat before slicing it. BARBECUED BEEF
The secret to ours is that we make it with, what else, brisket. Slow roasted, defatted, and sliced, it comes smothered in our fabulous barbecue sauce. BARBECUED SPARE RIBS
We grill our lean, meaty spare ribs, cut them into individual pieces, and cover them with our sauce. All you have to do is re-heat in your oven on a cookie sheet. Sold by the slab.    $6.99/lb or $35 for 2 slabs.

MEATLOAF
We mix together four pounds of lean ground beef and veal, add several terrific ingredients, then wrap it up into a tight loaf. All you have to do is heat it upon arrival. Comes with instructions and serves eight. Guaranteed to please.        $25

ROASTED TURKEY BREAST
We slowly cook a seven pound Empire turkey breast, let it cool, remove it from the bone, then slice it thinly. We place the slices in a pan and add a turkey au jus. All you have to do is re-heat. Feeds up to eight people and will remind you of how good turkey can taste.     $35 per pan.
 

WHOLE ROASTED CHICKEN BREASTS
First we rub our bone-in, skin on breasts with a mixture of olive oil and spices. Then we roast them to a perfect doneness. You won’t believe how good they are. Minimum of six half breasts to an order.  $3 per piece.

CRANBERRY CHICKEN                                                                                                                   Boneless, skinless halves of our marvelous chicken breasts are cooked in a savory sauce.  Ideal for a large crowd.                $3 per piece.

MEAT SAUCE FOR SPAGHETTI
Our best ground veal, combined with terrific spices, and then cooked in a delicious red sauce. This winter favorite has no peer. $8 per quart

CHILI CON CARNE                                                                                                                     Our lean ground beef is cooked and combined with kidney beans, peppers, onions and a slew of spices to make a marvelous meat packed chili.  This one is a must try.  $8 per quart

POACHED SALMON
Comes cooked and sliced on a platter with thin sliced veggies along the side. A perfect item for brunches or luncheons.

ROASTED BEEF TENDERLOIN
We season and roast one of our USDA Prime beef tenders to a perfect medium rare doneness. Comes to your door, unsliced, with a fabulous horse radish sauce. Feeds eight to ten adults.                                                                                                    $100 per roasted tenderloin.

We can provide you with a variety of deli meats, cheeses, pickles and sides for any size gathering. Advance notice is necessary.

HOMEMADE FARFEL
Popular in Jewish cooking, farfel is a grain that when combined with liquid and heated transforms into a rich, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth side dish. Mama Brisket’s secret recipe involves mushroom, onions and chicken stock. You won’t believe how good it is. Comes by the half pan (feeds six) or full pan (feeds twelve).

POTATO SALAD/COLE SLAW
We supply a delicious version of either of these items in almost any size quantity.

FRUIT SALAD
We take seasonal items and combine them in a delicious mix. Also available to feed almost any size group.

SALAD
We take seasonals vegetable, chop them finely, and combine them with fresh greens, Chinese noodles and raisins. We can also add roasted chicken or turkey if you want to turn this salad into an entrée.

BREAD AND ROLLS
Bagels, rye breads, kaiser rolls, mini rolls—whatever you need, we’ll send it with your order.

COOKIES AND BROWNIES
Great chocolate chip cookies and fudge brownies make a nice desert.
