PORK

With little exception, all our pork comes from nearby Sandusky, Ohio. Although more well known for Cedar Point amusement park, the surrounding farm country produces some of the finest hogs in the country. You will find our pork to be incredibly fresh, well trimmed and always tasty.

BONE-IN CENTER CUT PORK CHOPS
These chops offer you an inexpensive way to provide your family with a lean, delicious, easy to prepare item. We cut our pork chops as thin or thick as the customer dictates. You may buy the whole loin—around 16 chops—at a lower price per pound than if you purchase them individually.

BONE-IN PORK ROAST
We take the rib section of the loin, weighing 4-5 lbs, and trim until it’s oven ready. Comfortably feeds up to seven people.

BONELESS PORK CHOPS
We cut these oval chops from a boneless center cut loin. They’re perfect as an entrée or for sandwiches.

BONELESS PORK ROAST
The whole loin intact will comfortably feed up to eight. Some people prefer to have it cut in half and tied together. Others prefer to have a pocket cut into the roast for stuffing. Still some customers have us make a hole throughout the center of the meat. All preparations lead to the same conclusion—a delectable roast that will surely please the crowd at your table.

SPARE RIBS
Our lean and meaty spare ribs are "St. Louis" style meaning that they have been trimmed of excess fat, bone, and gristle. Each slab weighs 2 pounds, contains 11 to 14 bones, and feeds 2 people.

SPIRAL SLICED HAMS
We purvey dry aged, cherry smoked spiral hams by both the half and whole quantities. Figure on a pound per person with these hams if being used as an entrée. All hams come with a terrific glaze and are a great item to serve large crowds in your home. Very popular at Christmas and Easter.

BACON
Our slab bacon is smoked, sliced any thickness you desire and sold by the pound.

PORK TENDERLOIN
Individual pork tenders typically weigh around 12 ounces and are miniature versions of beef tender. Prized for both their leaness and tenderness, they are excellent when marinated and grilled or cut into medallions. Figure that two pork tenders can feed three people.
