We can do many things to enhance your holiday. We provide food for your table, or deliver or ship gifts to friends and business associates. In addition, we offer a variety of marvelous prepared foods. As always, we specialize in home delivery of all our items for those that reside in Northeast Ohio (with some exceptions).

Beef Tenderloins $11.95/lb (price may be
reduced) We take a finely marbled tenderloin, weigh it whole, then trim it to your specifications. All tenderloins include a one pound package of ground beef made from the trimmings as well as a simple recipe for preparation. One whole beef tender usually weighs 6-7 lbs and typically feeds 10 adults. |

USDA Prime Rib Roasts $12.95/lb Arguably the most flavorful beef roast, our prime rib is weighed bone-in then trimmed as you instruct. Figure that each bone feeds two people. A full roast has seven bones. If you like, we can remove the bones then tie them back on for carving ease. A full rib roast usually weighs around 16-18 lbs prior to trim. |

Kurobuta Pork Rib Roast $10.95/lb Sometimes referred to as the "kobe beef of pork", Kurobuta rib section pork roasts have a marvelous flavor and are simple to prepare. We can do it as a Crown Roast for $12.95/lb. |

USDA Prime Rack of Lamb $9.50/lb Rack of lamb is elegant and delicious. We weigh the rack prior to trim-typically it's around 8-9 lbs-and then get it oven ready. You may have it prepared as a simple roast (fat cover completely removed) or a "frenched roast" (fat cap on the meat but the bones are cleaned). We can also do a crown roast upon request. Each roast contains 8 bones and feeds 2-3 adults. The lamb can be cut into chops if you prefer. Typical cost on enough lamb to feed 5 adults is $80-90. |
| Veal Rib Roast/Veal Chops $12.95/lb Always popular and enjoyable, our tender veal is a joy to serve family and friends. Easy to roast or serve as chops. |

| Veal Tenderloin Slices $19.95/lb Thin slices of veal from the tenderloin are wonderful for a wide variety of Italian style dishes. Why tenderloin-as opposed to some less expensive cuts-for slices? Because it's a lot better-and you'll be able to tell. |

| Whole or Half Spiral Sliced Hams $5.99/lb Another popular holiday item, we use a quality Dearborn brand spiral ham. Typical weight is 14-16 lbs and can provide a meal for as many as 20 adults. This ham is not available in supermarkets and is the best product of it's kind. |

USDA Prime Strip Steaks/Roast $15.95/lb Eat like you're dining at a fine steakhouse for a fraction of the cost. Prime strips can be cut as thick as a fist and will wow your friends and family. This cut is also wonderful when left whole, seasoned and roasted to a nice pink doneness. |

Jumbo Shrimp 10.95/lb We use 16-20 count shrimp that are perfect for cocktail or as a complement to a main course. They are frozen, peeled, de-veined with the tail removed. An excellent value! Super Jumbo Shrimp (6-8 to a pound) are available upon request but cost is higher. |
