Mister Brisket often has quality items in our freezer on which we are willing to make deals.  Sometimes these products represent an order that was cancelled.  Other times, they were miscut.  Occasionally, we bring in a too much of a certain product and have no choice but to freeze it.  All items in our freezer, however, are the same high quality as all Mister Brisket meat items.  These special discount items, however, are subject to availability.
