SMOKED TURKEY—tasty and lean

ROAST TURKEY—We roast our own turkey breasts, remove the bone, and slice thinly. Tastes far superior to the salty, processed turkey that is omnipresent. One taste and you’ll understand.

ROASTED BRISKET—We give you nice size slices of our own homemade brisket.

BBQ BEEF—Our delicious barbecue beef comes wrapped tightly in foil. Just re-heat.

SALAMI—Delicious all beef salami sliced expertly for sandwiches.

RARE ROAST BEEF—We use lean top round that is perfectly seasoned and thinly sliced.

STEAK PASTRAMI—A piece of top round that has been cured, studded with peppercorns and baked. Quite possibly the most overlooked item in our universe. Absolutely delectable.

CORNED BEEF—Simply a pickled brisket that has been boiled, de-fatted and sliced to your liking. We use only flat section corned beef (the lean part).
