Mister Brisket® has long been known for our fabulous roasted brisket.  Now it's available for shipment to any part of the country!

Why is it so good?  Here are the reasons:

  1. We start with USDA Prime briskets.  The USDA Prime grade of the meat ensures the marbling necessary to produce both great flavor and exquisite tenderness.
     
  2. We roast each one perfectly.  Knowing how to cook a brisket makes all the difference.  Undercook the meat and the roast will be tough.  Overcook it and you kill the flavor.  We take pride in each brisket we cook and make sure it is FORK TENDER before removing it from the oven. 
     
  3. We expertly trim and slice it.  Once a brisket is finished cooking, it must be allowed to cool for several hours at room temperature.  Then we wrap it tightly and place the brisket in our slatted wooden cooler for twenty four hours.  Next, we carefully remove the exterior fat and then slice the brisket AGAINST THE GRAIN.  Slice it with the grain and you ruin the tenderness of this tasty piece of meat. 

Once our briskets are sliced, they are placed in pans with our fabulous brisket gravy.  Defrosting and reheating instructions are placed on the lid of the pan, and then the brisket is frozen for shipment.  A full pan of our roasted brisket feeds up to 15 adults.

This $88 charge includes one full pan of roasted, sliced brisket that serves 15 adults plus all shipping and materials. Generally speaking, UPS Ground will suffice for anyone on the east coast, south to Georgia or west to St Louis.

If you are ordering from Florida, California or any state UPS cannot comfortably reach in 48 hours via ground shipment, it will likely be necessary to send your order via FedEx Second Day Air Service.

  

TO PLACE AN ORDER:

*All pans of our brisket will be shipped in a Styrofoam lined brown box with chill packs.  All orders should arrive within 48 hours of shipping date.
